Dear Friends,
I am reaching out to you today on behalf of a non-profit organization that is near and dear to my heart - LADACIN Network (formerly Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean Counties). LADACIN provides education, therapeutic, social, residential and support services to over 2800 families in our community.
I have only been volunteering for LADACIN for a little over one year, but during that one year I have embraced LADACIN and its mission. Since the early 1950’s, LADACIN has been helping infants, children and adults attain their maximum level of independence despite their disabilities. Visit any one of their facilities and you will see just how much they have accomplished in such a short amount of time. I promise you will be amazed not only by their level of care but also by the level of their devotion to their clients. The staff of LADACIN truly believes in what they are working to achieve and I believe that they need our help to continue growing.
This year marks their 29th annual Rosebud Gala Dinner Dance and I am hoping that you will be able to help me "collect roses". I am on the floral committee and one of the highlights of the event is the Floral Centerpiece Contest. LADACIN invites florists to join this friendly competition by donating one centerpiece using some roses as the theme. Attendees vote on their favorite and the winner of the contest will receive a Radio Advertising Package worth $2500.00 from Greater Media NJ for airtime on 95.9 WRAT or 100.1 WJRZ.
